Corey Ferguson currently serves as President of Raintree Commercial, LLC., a commercial real estate brokerage, development and investment company. Corey is currently a licensed broker in the State of Texas and is currently president of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors.  Furthermore, he's served as a Past President of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, which is a national educational and networking organization for commercial real estate and investment brokers and investors.  From 2000 to 2005, Corey served as a Tenant Representation Broker for The Staubach Company where he focused on industrial, land and investment real estate. Prior to joining The Staubach Company, Corey was a Marketing Specialist for CB Richard Ellis. He was involved in the listing of various land sale transactions, freestanding buildings, and multi-tenant projects. Corey graduated from Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in accounting. While attending TCU, he served as Social Chairman and Rush Chairman for the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He graduated from Memorial High School in Houston, TX
